Understanding the perspective of other folks in judicial education can be a fascinating study.  The attached article was submitted by "A State Judicial Educator" in 1990.  Twenty years have not changed the fact that no one in our field ever grew up planning to be a judicial educator.  We all got here by different paths and we bring with us our own perspective, strengths, weaknesses, and approaches.
